Welcome one and all to TD Gamenight’s Season 26!
Season 26 will run from July 2nd to September 13th, 2019.
Points will be final at 12:01 am on September 14th.
We have some exciting changes this season including the addition of REBUY Nights!
On some special evenings, we will announce REBUY Nights! Everyone playing on those nights will be allowed 1 “Rebuy” of a full chip stack if they go out before the first break. As always, there will be no cost to play and no cost to rebuy.
We are keeping our Two-day/Flight Finale System from last season.
Day 1/Flight 1 of the Season 26 Grand Finale will be on September 16th at Woofs! Everyone who has earned 2900 points or who has won a nightly tournament will qualify for the Day 1/Flight 1 of the Grand Finale.
Day 2/Flight 2 of the Season 26 Grand Finale will be on September 23rd at Woofs! As we did last season, the Top 8 (expandable in case of ties) Point Totals for the season will automatically win their way into Day 2/Flight 2. Also, the Final Table from Day 1/Flight 1 will advance to Day 2/Flight 2. If the Top Points scores have a tie resulting in a Top 9 or 10, the Final Table from Day 1/Flight 1 will be adjusted to match.
All games between the 16th and 23rdwill be Season 27 Preseason games and will count for full points.
The Season 26 Grand Finale Day 2/Flight 2 will feature the “Everybody has a bounty.” prize system again.
And the wonderful Horseshoe Tunica Casino and Resort Prize Package that goes to the Winner!
2 nights stay at the Horseshoe Tunica
$300 credit to spend on anything (except gambling)
$150 cash to use for gas and room deposit
And the possibility of 2 tickets to a show during your stay (tickets not guaranteed)
Things that aren’t changing this season:
We are keeping the All-in chip/Bounty points
We are keeping bonus points for Straight Flushes and above (played out all the way to the river)
We will still need volunteer dealers. If Dealers don’t volunteer the deal will be done by each person on the Dealer button
All the rules and regulations we have used in the past may still apply. Remember, the Tournament Director is always right. At the moment. As TD’s, we make decisions that are to ensure the flow and speed of the game. Sometimes upon review, a decision we have made might not have gone with the strict letter of the PTDA law, but we make every effort to adhere to the latest PTDA regulations.
